The Concert Hall of Aarhus

A visual experience in a digital house

Interview with Steen Larsen-Led, Marketing and PR, The Concert Hall of Aarhus.

Two-meter-high screens with specially designed performance posters, meet The Concert Hall’s guests at the entrance. The large screens replace the large foyer banners that previously were produced for all major performances. Digitization of foyer banners has resulted in both savings, efficiency and flexibility for The Concert Hall of Aarhus.

The Concert Hall of Aarhus uses many VisioSign solutions. They have screen walls, digital posters and information screens all showing information about current and future performances. Additionally, they have screens with sponsor logos and screens in café and bar areas. They use small meeting room screens at their artist wardrobes and for backstage communication. All screens are specifically programmed and designed to fit the need for a strong visual identity at the house of music.

The performance posters are beautiful and attract a lot of attention when they are shown in high resolution on the large screens. The many screens give The Concert Hall a good opportunity to communicate with their guests.

The displays give the guests a visual experience and tell about upcoming events. The dynamic flow on the screens, makes it possible to tell about the wide range of the event that exists in the building.
